Terms & Conditions
Updated September 2026.
These terms set out the relationship between the player and Kazeeno. Opening an account or using the site counts as acceptance.
Licence and framework
Kazeeno operates under a licence issued in Anjouan. It holds no Canadian provincial licence and is not supervised by any provincial regulator, so provincial player-protection schemes and self-exclusion registers do not cover an account opened here. Checking what the law allows where you live is your responsibility.
Account
- You are of legal gambling age in your province and able to enter a contract.
- You play for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else.
- One account per person, address, household and device; duplicates are suspended and bonus balances on them are voided.
- Registration details must be accurate โ they are checked later against identity documents.
Payments, bonuses, verification
Deposits must come from a payment method in the account holder's name and withdrawals return the same way. Before a first payout, identity and address documents are requested and payment can be held until that check finishes. A bonus is limited to one per person, household, e-mail address, payment method and IP address, and its wagering requirement expires on the stated deadline.
Responsible gambling, liability, complaints
Deposit limits, reality checks, a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 30 days and longer self-exclusion are available on request; once started, a self-exclusion cannot be shortened. Software and text belong to the operator or its licensors. Play is at your own risk: connection failures, use of your credentials by others and indirect losses are not the operator's liability except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Complaints go first to [email protected] and then to the licensing authority in Anjouan.
